Welcome to my 2005 Cadillac CTS Sedans page. I bought the car in July 2009 as a replacement for my old daily driver my '92 Toyota Camry sedan(pictures here) which was a POS. I didn't have any idea when I started to look for a new car that I'd end up with a Cadillac infact I was looking to pick up another Cavy just a newer '02+ Z24. One day back in June 09 I was looking through the autotrader and found a dealer had an '05 Sunburst Orange Cavalier Z24 fully loaded 5spd for a really good deal, When I arrived at the dealer and after taking the cavy for a test drive I was ready to sign the papers for it when I saw this black '05 CTS sitting there. After talking with the dealer and taking the CTS for a ride I fell in love but wanted to think about it since it was $10,000 more than the cavy, so a week later I called the dealer but the car had sold :( However the dealer was willing to find me the exact car and about 3 weeks later they did! The car was from New Jersey but in great shape, had 1,200kms less than the other one and is the all black int with no woodgrain which I really like. So thats her story I have afew plans for it including tint, an intake, dual exhaust and the sport/luxury rear bumber so it looks factory and a complete repaint, the paint is in good shape but a recent trip to Minneapolis resulted in several stone chips in the front bumper.
